ETP’s Energy Industry Doctorate programme is partly funded by the Scottish Funding Council, has been running for two years and currently supports 42 high quality PhD studentships, all with strong industry engagement.
We are delighted to announce the continuation of this very successful and prestigious programme with a further 20 studentships available in 2012 and 20 in 2013.
These will be across our key energy research areas, including; wind; marine; solar; bio-energy; energy conversion and storage; grid and networks; energy use in buildings; and carbon capture and storage.
We are seeking industry partners who will work with us to define new projects relevant to your business aims and be prepared to make a small financial contribution.
Participation in the programme will provide you with a cost-effective means of supporting high quality, applied R&D that is directly relevant to your company’s development challenges.
ETP is uniquely placed, through its partnership model, to offer project supervision at one or more of our universities.
