ETP and Strathclyde University Mini-KEN

 This seminar is one in a ‘tour’ of seminars to present energy-related academic expertise/ facilities from across all 13 of ETP’s universities.

Representatives of the Strategic Theme of Energy from various Strathclyde University departments/ institutes are providing a general overview of energy-related academic research and industry engagement/projects with some specific examples of research which could be applicable for ‘industry’ (i.e. non-academic), or has been undertaken in partnership with industry.
ETP’s Knowledge Exchange Network team are based across Scotland. ETP’s team of Business Development Managers are happy to work with academics to:

  • Identify potential collaboration and funding opportunities with industry
  • Identify further energy-related expertise within the University of Strathclyde
  • Support brokerage activities for (larger) funding calls and collaboration initiatives (ETP’s funding for collaboration projects is £10k)
  • Identify potential ETP Industry Engagement Fund Projects with academics and SMEs
