The Scottish Government is planning for a sustainable transport future with almost complete decarbonisation of road transport by 2050. This proposal investigates the potential for emissions reduction associated with a rural “Mobility as a Service” solution through the design and evaluation of a variety of MaaS scenarios (including EV uptake).
